A brilliant straw hue, this white offers up cream-tinged aromas of pear, apple, lime, and notes of tropical fruit. It’s medium-full in the mouth, showing juicy, fleshy fruit. That juiciness follows through to the finish and invites the next sip – and the next. Forget Sauvignon Blancs that are overly herbal and/or green and vegetal. This is a California fruit bomb, perfect for sipping on its own. It will also pair well with simple white fish entrees like tilapia or trout. Value Vino.
