NV J Brut Rosé, Russian River Valley

Brilliant light salmon color, with a persistent, finely beaded mousse. A blend of two-thirds Pinot Noir and one-third Chardonnay. Initial aromas of green apple, raspberry, and strawberry lead to an earthier bready underpinning. In the mouth, a note of red stone fruit adds to the chorus. Fresh and lively, each sip and swallow leaves the palate refreshed. It is the perfect accompaniment to lightly savory dishes and fresh seafood. Salmon sashimi, anyone?
