Medium straw color. A woodsy note in the nose gives way to reveal aromas of graham cracker crust, light pineapple, honeyed citrus blossom and moderate green apple. Although full on the palate, the wine still shows lively acidity. In the mouth, flavors of butter and spiced apple emerge. The breeding in this wine is apparent (the source vineyards are impeccable); the flavors, however, seem somewhat jumbled.
