2010 Bonterra Cabernet Sauvignon, Mendocino and Lake Counties
A deep hue of opaque black/purple. Aromas of sweet, fleshy black cherry, currant and cranberry are accented by whiffs of mint, dill, black pepper and shadings of toasty, vanillin oak. These impressions follow through on the palate, picking up silty, chocolate tannins toward the finish. A round, user-friendly, ready-to-drink Cab.
