Dark purple color. Varietal scents of herbs, tobacco and bell pepper give way to ample cassis and dark berry aromas and flavors. From mid-palate through to the finish, medium-grained tannins and earth come to the fore. Nicely balanced. Enjoy with grilled red meats or even spaghetti and meatballs.
