Nearly transparent ruby in color. The nose is dark and reserved, with spice and earth framing the fleshy black fruit. Medium-full in the mouth, the wine spreads out with a velvety feel. For a 100% Dijon clone Pinot Noir, this lady shows restraint and depth of character, while throwing some fine, silty sediment. How much will she blossom as she matures?
