2006 Andrew Murray ‘Purple Haze’ Red Blend, Central Coast

Youthful black/purple color. The addition of 10% Viognier adds a rose-petal perfume to the black berry fruits of the Syrah. In the mouth, it picks up a milk chocolate creaminess, as well as some crushed black pepper. It paired well with a mixed grill of bison, lamb chops and prime beef.
