The color is deep ruby with streaks of violet. At first whiff, the nose shows clove and cinnamon-tinged dark berry fruits. Medium-full in body, nicely balanced, the dark berry, fleshy fruits sweeten up and spread out on the palate. The tannins are fine-grained, making this wine enjoyable to drink over the next few years. This is an excellent example of why Argentinian Malbecs are gaining a reputation for high quality at an affordable price. A Best Buy.
