2007 Napa Cellars Zinfandel, Napa Valley

This red sports a bright, sassy nose, full of sweet, brambly berries and fig fruit, paraffin, caramel, menthol, and just a hint of the heady 14.9% alcohol. The tannins are light and fine-grained, making this an enjoyable wine now and over the next few years.
