2001 Mount Eden Vineyards ‘West Slope’ Chardonnay, Edna Valley
This is a racy, pretty offering at a great price point. Aromas and flavors of lemon chiffon, peach, ripe apple, vanilla and spice. It plumps out in the mouth, picking up spiced butter notes as it moves toward the medium-long finish.
